Privacy Policy.

What we collect

When you text, call, email, or use the quote form, we get what you send us:

• Your name, and your business name if you give one.
• Your phone number and email address, so we can answer you.
• Your address or town, so we can price the trip and find the job.
• Photos of the pile, the driveway, the truck, or your logo, so we can quote from them.
• Anything else you write in a message or the quote form.

If you join our email or text list, we keep the name and contact details you give us for that.

The quote form on this site doesn't store anything here. It opens your own text or email app with your details filled in, and the message reaches us the same way any other text or email does.

If Google Analytics or Meta tools are turned on, they also collect basic visit data: the pages you view, your device and browser type, a rough location, and how you got to the site. More on that in the cookies section below.

Why we use it

• Quotes. To work out a price and text or email it back to you.
• Scheduling and doing the job. To set a time, find the address, and keep a record of the work.
• Answering questions and following up on a quote.
• Occasional updates. If you joined our list, we may send news about services, seasonal spots, and offers. You can get off the list any time; see below.
• Payment. Card payments run through Square. Square handles your card details, and we never see your full card number.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it. We only share it with:

• The services we use to run the business, such as Square for card payments and the tools we use to send email or texts. They get only what they need to do their part.
• Anyone the law requires us to share it with, such as a court order.

Photos you send are used to price and plan your job and may stay with the job record. We won't post your photos online or use them in ads unless you've agreed to it, either in your job agreement or in writing later.

Cookies, Google Analytics, and Meta tools

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools to measure our ads and show them to people who have visited the site. Both set cookies, which are small files in your browser, and both collect the visit data described above. Google and Meta handle that data under their own rules: Google's privacy policy and Meta's privacy policy.

To limit this, you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjust your Meta ad preferences. The site works fine with cookies turned off.

Getting off the email or text list

Any time. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us, or email quotes@haulgoodmanllc.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. For text updates, reply STOP to any text from us. We'll still get in touch about a job you've asked us to quote or scheduled.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email quotes@haulgoodmanllc.com from the address you gave us, or include the phone number you used, and tell us whether you want a copy of what we have or want it deleted. The one exception is records we have to keep, such as invoices for tax purposes.

How we keep it

Your details live in our phones, email, and business accounts, all protected by passwords. We keep quote and job records for as long as we need them to run the business. No way of storing information is perfect, but we keep it to what we need and we don't pass it around.

Kids

This site is for adults booking work. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
